Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation effects, Stripe processing timing, and billing support instructions. Last Updated: June 3, 2026
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date when the eligibility requirements below are met.
2. Eligibility Requirements
A refund may be available when less than 30% of the purchased course content has been completed, the request is submitted within 14 days, and the account has not violated the Terms of Service.
3. Step-by-Step Refund Process
Email billing@opspilotacademy.org from the account email, include the invoice or receipt reference, identify the purchase, and describe the refund reason. We may request account verification before processing.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe and card network processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval, though banks may take longer.
5. Subscription Refund Rules
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for subscription charges follow the 14-day eligibility window. Partial billing periods are not automatically refunded unless required by law or approved under this policy.
6. Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be offered for duplicate purchases, accidental plan upgrades, service access failures verified by our support team, or other circumstances we approve in writing.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Purchases may be non-refundable after the eligibility window, after 30% or more course completion, after account misuse, for resold or shared access, or where content has been downloaded and used outside the license terms.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Contact billing@opspilotacademy.org before initiating a card dispute so we can review the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account limitations while the dispute is reviewed through Stripe and the card network.
9. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes that cannot be resolved informally are handled under the Terms of Service, including HKIAC arbitration where applicable.
