Terms of Service
The terms governing access to OpsPilot Academy courses, subscriptions, templates, and account services. Last Updated: June 3, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OpsPilot Academy courses, subscriptions, templates, dashboards, and related educational services. By creating an account, purchasing a course, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
OpsPilot Academy provides online education for operations, project management, workflow automation, SOP design, and team metrics. The service is general education and does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase paid services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
4. Payment Terms
Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce-compatible checkout flows when enabled. Accepted payment methods may include major cards and other methods presented by Stripe at checkout. OpsPilot Academy does not store full card numbers on its servers.
5. Recurring Billing Disclosure
Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically on a monthly or yearly billing cycle until canceled. Renewal price, timing, and cancellation instructions must be shown before checkout.
6. Free Trial Terms
If a free trial is offered, the trial length, conversion date, and applicable price will be disclosed before signup. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid recurring subscription using the payment method supplied at signup.
7. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, including the 14-day guarantee and less-than-30-percent completion requirement.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Course videos, text, templates, designs, software, brand assets, and platform content are owned by OpsPilot Academy Ltd. or its licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning or internal team operations.
9. User Conduct
You may not share accounts, resell course content, scrape the platform, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout, submit false payment information, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited activity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsPilot Academy Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific operational outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, business results, or that every template will fit every organization.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsPilot Academy Ltd. from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact legal@opspilotacademy.org and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Class actions and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the service or by email.
